Exchanges & returns

At Little Bear's we stand behind our products and strive for customer satisfaction. If you would like to exchange or return a product for any reason, we are happy to help you. Below you will find a simple step-by-step plan for registering a return:

Step 1: Check the return conditions. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Request the returns form. Please contact us via our contact form to request the returns form and then complete it.

Step 3: Return your order. Return the items, including the completed returns form, to the address stated on the returns form. Make sure that the package has a Track and Trace code, as you as the sender are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 4: Receive your refund. As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.

Return conditions:

• You must submit your return request to us within 14 days of delivery.
• The products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any labels.
• The products may not be assembled or installed and must be complete, including any loose parts.
• Personalized products cannot be returned.

Refund: If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must still meet any payment obligations. Make sure that you make your payment on time, within the specified period. If the processing of the return results in a credit according to our records, we will refund this credit as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the package. The refund of the amount due will be made via the same payment method with which the original payment was made.

We aim to refund the amount to you as quickly as possible, at the latest within five working days after receipt of the return shipment. At Little Bear's, we are always here to ensure a hassle-free returns experience.
